The CWF provides a common and uniting picture “language” of 5 steps and 5 shapes with the goal of facilitating Godly growth and positive change. It can be used in a variety of settings, for different people with a range of needs, by a continuum of carers, helpers and professionals.
The CWF was developed from the late 1980s by Dr John Warlow and fellow travellers. John is a Christian Psychiatrist in Australia, with the goal of facilitating Godly growth and positive change.

Who can use the CWF?
Anyone -
- in a variety of settings, (home, friends, at work/school, in the church, as well as in a counselling or coaching settings).
- By different people, regardless of age, culture or gender
- With a range of needs, from struggling or succeeding
- By a continuum of carers, helpers and professionals around 1 person / marriage / family.
Why use the CWF?
The CWF can help you….
Personally: To help you to change & grow, into what is important and to:
- To Live the Great Commandment … which is firstly to “love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this, Love your neighbour as yourself.Mark 12: 29 – 31 and the New Commandment Jesus gave us: Jn 13:34
